    1. Our Services: ukete.org provides information about applying for UK ETA and may facilitate related travel services. Services are delivered digitally within the time frames stated on our site.

    2. Application Form: You must fill the online Application Form with accurate personal and travel details, accept the Terms, and read our Privacy Policy. Each application must be submitted individually and fees paid separately. Processing may take up to 5 working days, and you will be notified by email of the outcome.

    3. Authorization: By using our services, you authorize us to act as your agent to submit ETA applications and manage related communications. You confirm that all information is accurate and legally yours to submit.

    4. Eligibility: By applying, you confirm that you meet all legal requirements, provide accurate information, and are not acting as a machine or under judicial restriction.

    5. Third-party Authorization: If submitting on behalf of another, you confirm you have authority to bind them to these Terms.

    6. Identity Verification: We may verify identity and other details. You agree to provide requested documents. Applications may be suspended or rejected if verification fails.

    7. Suspension: False or misleading applications may be suspended or terminated.

    8. Trade Limitation: We do not provide services to sanctioned individuals or countries in accordance with UK law.

  2. Purpose of ukete.org

    1. Our Role: We facilitate UK ETA applications but do not process applications or guarantee outcomes. The government authorities are solely responsible.

    2. Fees and Taxes: Users are responsible for fees, duties, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws.

    3. Service Contracts: If using third-party services via ukete.org, you agree that we are not a party to the contract and are not liable for disputes or services provided by third parties.

    4. Abuse Reporting: Report any misuse of services promptly. We may investigate but are not responsible for delayed reporting.

    5. Disputes: We are not responsible for disputes between service providers and users except as required by law.

  3. Fees and Payments

    1. Fees: All fees are listed on our site and may include ETA fees. Fees may change without prior notice.

    2. Taxes: Fees include applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.

    3. Payment Processing: Payments are made via credit/debit card. Users are responsible for payment details and funds. We are not liable for errors or payment failures.

    4. Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled before submission of ETA applications. Once submitted, cancellations are not allowed.

    5. Refunds: Refunds are available only if ETA application has not been submitted.

  4. Intellectual Property

    1. Content Ownership: All content on ukete.org is owned or licensed by us and protected by law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

    2. Brand Usage: You may not use ukete.org branding without permission.

    3. Third-party IP: Third-party intellectual property remains owned by the respective owner.
